These Terms & Conditions govern your use of paolaurrea.com (the “Site”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, you should discontinue use of the Site.

2. About the site

The Site provides information about real estate services offered by Paola Urrea Diego, Texas Real Estate License No. 808065, affiliated with Propel Realty, as well as information about buying, selling, renting, relocating, and investing in real estate in the Houston, Texas market.

The Site is intended primarily for informational and communication purposes.

3. No brokerage relationship created by website use

Visiting the Site, browsing property information, subscribing to emails, submitting a form, or communicating through the Site does not by itself create a broker-client, agency, fiduciary, or representation relationship.

Real estate representation is governed by applicable Texas law and, when required or agreed upon, by a separate written agreement.

If you enter into a separate written agreement with Propel Realty or Paola concerning real estate brokerage services, that agreement will control the brokerage relationship and will take precedence over these website Terms where applicable.

Information presented on the Site is provided for general informational purposes.

Property listings, pricing, availability, market information, neighborhood information, measurements, school information, tax information, photographs, statistics, and other real estate data may originate from third-party sources and may change without notice.

Although information may come from sources considered reliable, its accuracy, completeness, or continued availability is not guaranteed.

Users should independently verify information that is material to a real estate decision before relying on it.

Any MLS or IDX information displayed or accessed through the Site remains subject to the notices, usage restrictions, and attribution requirements established by the applicable MLS, data provider, or listing service.

5. No legal, tax, lending, or other professional advice

Content on the Site does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, lending, insurance, inspection, engineering, or other professional advice.

Questions requiring expertise outside the scope of real estate brokerage should be addressed to an appropriately licensed or qualified professional.

6. Contact forms and communications

When you submit a contact form, you authorize Paola to use the contact information you provide to respond to your inquiry and communicate with you regarding the real estate services or information you requested.

Submitting a form does not require you to purchase any service or enter into a real estate transaction.

If you separately subscribe to marketing or newsletter communications, you may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

7. Third-party websites and content

The Site may contain links to or content from third-party websites and services, including real estate listing platforms, Houston Association of REALTORS® resources, Google, social media services, and other external providers.

Third-party websites are independently operated. Paola does not control their content, availability, security, terms, or privacy practices and is not responsible for information collected directly by those services.

A link to a third-party service does not necessarily constitute an endorsement of all content, products, or services available through that third party.

8. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise identified, the original text, branding, graphics, layout, and other original content created for this Site are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may access and use Site content for personal, non-commercial informational purposes.
